IN GENERAL
Zombi Lures offers its products deliveries to several different countries. The delivery terms apply to ordering products in our online store, as well as to similar deliveries. Our terms of delivery are valid from January 1, 2023.

PRODUCTS AND PRICES
The prices of the online store's products are presented in connection with the product presentation of each product. Zombi Lures reserves the right to change prices and shipping costs. Check the prices in the shopping cart before accepting the order. The prices of the products include value added tax (VAT 24%).

ORDERING
Ordering products from the online store is simple; select the desired product/products and go to the shopping cart. After this, the order is confirmed and paid for. Check out our valid delivery conditions.

DELIVERY
The ordered products are properly packed and sent when the payment transaction has been confirmed. Please note that the packaging of the lures takes 2-4 business days. Posti or Matkahuolto is usually responsible for the delivery of the shipment. The delivery time depends on the destination country. The estimated delivery time for online store products to Finland is approximately 2-5 days and 7-14 days for international delivery. Prices include shipping + handling and are automatically added at checkout based on your location.

PAYMENT METHODS
Payment for the order is possible with the most common credit card companies (Visa, Mastercard), as well as via PayPal, Klarna and invoice. If you want to pay by invoice, let me know and I'll send you the invoice to the email address of your choice.

After ordering, an order confirmation will be sent to your email.

RIGHT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT
All products have a 14-day right of return in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The returned product must be unused and in the original packaging. The cost of returning the product is paid by the customer.
